Os gaúchos, povo originário da região dos Pampas, bioma que se estende entre o Uruguai, o Brasil e a Argentina, possuem antigos hábitos de trabalho diário com cavalos no campo. O projeto investigou as raízes vivas do gaúcho primitivo. Desde o início de sua história, no século XVIII, o gaúcho passou por muitos ciclos evolutivos, mas neste momento atravessa a maior transição cultural de todos os tempos, antes preservada pela distância dos grandes centros, hoje encurtada pelos meios de comunicação. Gauchos, a people originally from the Pampa region, a biome that stretches between Uruguay, Brazil and Argentina, who have ancient habits of working daily with horses in the field. The project investigated the living roots of the primitive gaucho. Since the beginning of its history, in the 18th century, the gaucho has gone through many evolutionary cycles, but at this moment it is going through the greatest cultural transition of all time, previously preserved by the distance from large centers, today shortened by the means of communication, with this, I understood the urgency of the topic.
